Agenda 1081?

Constitutional Assembly a unity of two houses of legislators to amend the constitution. This is the defination of CON-ASS based in the Philippine Constitution, but the house is still pushing the urgent amendment of the current constitution before the 2010 Transistion of Governance? What does this policy means?

Obviously, majority of the Assemblymen who were Pro in pushing the Con- ass were Gloria's allies. Some belongs to the highly influential newly-established Political Party Lakas-Kampi and others were under NPC, PDSP and etc.

Now the Palace is still denying about the rumors that specualtes that PGMA is running for another electoral post in GOVERNMENT for next year, upon the expiration of her power in Malacanang. But for the other Filipinos it has an obvious purpose the PGMA's term extension.

Some says that Gloria's allies in the House are pushing the urgent approval to ammend some policies in the constitution without a senate bicameral assembly because one of this is the policy of "term extension" which could be difficult for them to achieve because the Senate is obviosuly not approving upon this Bill. And a declaration of another 1081 which was coppied from Marcos will follow up? Is this the hidden plan of the Palace?

Well what will be the comment of the Nation, obviously, if no one will buy the votes, the amendmet will not be effective. Why should these statesmen urgently pushes the amendment of the constitution amidst the increasing of the Percentage of Poverty of many Filipinos because of Global Economic Crisis?

Is this a plan for a new transistion of Government from Democratic to Parliament? or a plan for another PD 1081?

If Marcos is still leaving today, Iam SURE that he would say that, "there will be a second version and it will be done by a copycat one!!!" Bato bato sa langit ang tamaan huwag magalit.
